Due to the long professional experience and the daily, very intensive interaction with people, I have a clear view of the essentials.
My goals are the shortest possible stay in treatment and sustainable, practicable solutions for everyone involved in the process.
All approaches and methods available to me are specifically selected and adapted very specifically to the needs of the patient.
Empathy, acceptance, appreciation and the knowledge of constant change shape my basic therapeutic approach.

Vita

- 5 years study of special education / diploma
- Focus: Speech and behavioral disabilities
- Then head of department for social projects in a large Leipzig educational institution
- several years as a consultant for larger inpatient facilities with a focus on "Dealing with behavior disorders in the event of the most severe language
impairments or lack of language"(e.g. nationwide for the VDAB and intensively for the "Rita Münch" group of companies and many more.
- For sixteen years in my own speech therapy practice and as many years teaching speech therapist at the IB Medical Academy Vocational school for speech therapy in
Leipzig.


Here, in addition to the seminar content, the focus is on accompanying the students in internal and external internships and in supervision in addition to ongoing professional training, consistently expanding systemic skills and training as an NLP trainer
